  I wish I could put no stars, because that would be far more accurate. Needless to say, a loved one's passing is one of the hardest situations, one must deal with. When you add the fact that you are dealing with: an incompetent staff full of salesmen who are there to take advantage of the vulnerability of the situation to try to up-sell funeral services, a very evident lack of general and simple customer service skills, it sadly adds up to a recipe for disaster. They kept on giving me the run-around in regards to my father's burial simply because of one reason: my father had started paying for a burial site back in 2011, but he changed his mind before his death and wanted to be cremated. Fortunately (we thought) what he had paid up until that point was enough to cover the crematory niche and all of the services related to it. Since they didn't stand to make more money from my father or me, they started canceling appointments at the last minute, not returning my calls and telling me to "call later" to speak to a manager (who was never there apparently).
  If you care about the dignity of your loved one and wish not to add another nightmare to this already hard situation, I would strongly suggest you stay away from this company and their uneducated and inconsiderate staff.
