  I am so grateful for the experience I've had at Pet Heaven. I recently had to put my 16 year old lab to sleep and it has been so difficult to deal with. Ileana guided me through the whole process and I was at ease knowing that my beautiful girl, Darla, would be treated with love and respect after passing. Ileana was very kind and comforting, I was able to cry and she hugged me. It was so nice having someone understand what I'm going through and share their experiences . Everyone in the office was so attentive as well! I had the large river rock with Darla's paw print done and it was absolutely gorgeous! The journey box and necklace were beautiful. Thank you Ileana and Pet Heaven for such a peaceful experience. I would highly recommend Pet Heaven for your beloved pets, they will be in good hands.

  Wonderful place, there treat me with so much love, I have to put my dog down when I was going trough a lot having my mom in Icu, my dog start bleeding she had a perforated hernia and it was nothing that could help her, we came from Broward because we call and we felt the love and compassion and there exceed my expectations. Thank you for her paw, there are beautiful. Thank you so much . In loving memory of Ally! Love you and miss you my princess ...

  The loss of a beloved family member of 14yrs, my German Shepherd, "Houston”, shattered me to the core. I have had beloved pets cremated before in NY and while the experience there was excellent it doesn't even come close to what I experienced at Pet Heaven (Miami).
  
  From the moment I called to say I would be making in home euthanasia arrangements for my boy and that I would like to have a private cremation for him I was treated with the greatest of compassion. Maritza was my customer care specialist and she helped me so much all along the way. She hugged me and cried with me when I came in to take care of the preliminary paperwork. I chose an urn along with a plaque to go on it and I wanted a quote written on the plaque. Maritza called the company and made sure the plaque would be ready for me on the day of Houston’s cremation.
  
  On the day of the cremation I met Danny, the Crematory Supervisor, and Lazaro, the crematory attendant. There had been some confusion as to whether I had requested a paw print and they had been unable to reach me by phone that morning, through no fault of theirs. When I arrived they let me know that they had made a paw print for me and when I offered to pay for it Danny said, “No, this is our gift to you.”
  
  Lazaro was so kind and compassionate with us during the entire cremation process. I thanked him from the bottom of my heart and he told me, “We’re all animal lovers here and have pets, we understand what a difficult time this is for the family.”
  
  All the staff in the office were wonderful to us, I’m sorry I didn’t get all their names. I want to thank everyone at Pet Heaven for allowing me to have such a personal experience with the cremation of my beloved Houston. He was a loyal, loving companion to me and because of Pet Heaven, Houston went out like a king. Thanks to Pet Heaven the King of my heart, Houston, received the royal treatment and for that I can never thank them enough!

  what a rip off!
  they said they were bringing a casket to pick her up in
  it was a very used looking plastic bin, disgusting!
  the ashes were supposed to be in a "box", they
  came in cardboard
  $300
  a disgrace!
